アンドルー・ギャンブル

1947年ロンドンに生まれる。1968年ケンブリッジ大学クイーンズ・カレッジ卒業（B. A.）、1969年ダラム大学大学院修士課程修了（M. A.）、1972年ケンブリッジ大学ゴンヴィル・キーズ・カレッジ（博士課程）修了。1975年Ph.
